This is primarily a donation-based platform, so most contributions involve no physical shipment. This policy covers digital deliverables and any physical items linked to a campaign.
Digital Delivery
Donation receipts, 80G certificates, and donor ID cards are generated automatically and emailed to you, typically within 24-48 hours of a successful transaction.
Physical Rewards & Merchandise
Some campaigns may offer a printed token or campaign-linked merchandise. Where applicable, items are dispatched from our Pune office via a registered courier or India Post.
Delivery Timelines
Physical items are generally dispatched within 5-7 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days after, depending on destination and courier conditions.
Shipping Charges
