Our Refund Policy
As a registered non-profit, donations made through this website support our programs quickly once received. Contributions are generally non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances described here.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered for a duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount entered by mistake, or a technical fault at checkout. Genuine errors are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Unauthorized Transactions
If a donation was made from your account without authorisation, contact us immediately. We investigate with our payment gateway partner and refund the amount once the claim is verified.
Non-Refundable Contributions
Once a donation is processed and allocated to a campaign, it is considered final. This includes completed one-time gifts and past instalments of a recurring donation already charged.
Cancelling Recurring Donations
Monthly, quarterly, or yearly donations can be cancelled anytime through your donor login panel. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund instalments already processed.
Refund Request Process
Email us your transaction ID, registered email address, and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Payment Gateway Charges
Donations are processed securely through Razorpay. Transaction charges applied by the payment processor at the time of donation are generally non-refundable.
